What is the timeline for a customized piece?
Custom pieces usually take 3–4 weeks, depending on the design complexity and materials used.
Is there a consultation / designing fee?
Yes, a consultation and designing fee is charged for custom designs. This amount is adjusted in the final jewellery cost.
What metals and stones do you offer for customization?
We offer customization in 925 silver, 14K gold, and 18K gold, with options for natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, Moissanite, AAA grade Cubic Zirconia and precious and semi-precious gemstones.
What are the payment options for custom pieces?
Since each custom piece is made specially for you, we require full advance payment to begin production. Cash on Delivery is not available for customized orders. We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards or via Bank Transfers.
Custom orders are confirmed only after payment is received.
Can customized jewellery be returned or exchanged?
No. Customized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if there is any manufacturing issue or quality concern from our end, please contact us and our team will review the issue and assist you with the best possible resolution.
We recommend confirming all design details and sizes before production begins to ensure everything is perfect.
How do I find my jewellery size?
We understand that sizing can sometimes be confusing. If you already know your ring, bangle, bracelet, or necklace size, you can share it with us while placing your order. If you are unsure, don't worry — we will provide a simple size guide and personally assist you in finding the correct size.
I saw a design I liked somewhere. Can you make something similar?
Absolutely. You can share reference images or ideas with us, and we will work with you to create a custom piece inspired by them.
