Ze'or reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or any violation of these terms.

2. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice. Full payment is required before order processing and dispatch.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk and ownership of products transfer upon successful delivery.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Returns, exchanges, and damage claims are subject to our Returns & Exchange Policy. Any claim for damaged, incorrect, or missing products must be supported by a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video. Approved claims may be resolved through replacement, exchange, repair, or store credit, as applicable.

Customers are responsible for following all care instructions. Ze'or is not liable for damage caused by misuse, improper storage, exposure to chemicals, moisture, perfumes, cosmetics, or normal wear and tear.
