Order Tracking

Incorrect Shipping Information

Ze'or cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from:

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Incorrect contact information
• Failure to accept delivery attempts made by the courier partner
• Any additional shipping costs incurred due to such circumstances may be charged to the customer.

Delivery Confirmation

An order will be considered successfully delivered once it has been marked as delivered by the courier partner at the shipping address provided during checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

While we work with trusted courier partners, Ze'or is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

If your package appears lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and supporting documentation.

For damage claims, an uninterrupted unboxing video showing the sealed package and opening process is mandatory. Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review.
