Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your package appears lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and supporting documentation.
For damage claims, an uninterrupted unboxing video showing the sealed package and opening process is mandatory. Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review.
